ITS Asset Viewer Unveiled at ITS-America Meeting in Nashville, TN
At the Annual Intelligent Transportation Association of America (ITS-A) meeting held in Nashville on April 22 -24, the U.S. DOT unveiled the new ITS Asset Viewer that uses visual mapping technology to identify locations of specific ITS deployments by type. Mike Schultz and Steve Gordon worked with their U.S. DOT Joint Program Office sponsor, James Pol, to provide demonstrations during the meeting.

2012 Vehicle Technologies Market Report released March 1, 2013
On March 1, Stacy Davis and Susan Diegel released the website for the 2012 Vehicle Technologies Market Report. The report details the major trends in U.S. light-duty vehicle and medium/heavy truck markets and contains many color graphics.

David Greene, awarded the 2012 Roy W. Crum Distinguished Service Award, January 16, 2013
David L. Greene received the 2012 Roy W. Crum Distinguished Service Award on January 16, 2013, during the Chairman's Luncheon at the 92nd Annual Transportation Research Board Meeting in Washington, DC. Dr. Greene was honored for his important, wide-ranging contributions to research on transportation energy and related issues that integrate technical knowledge with an understanding of the broader context of policy making and the ways in which markets operate and governments behave.
